Résultats

The Zimbabwe Red Cross Society (ZRCS) conducted a Community Trust Index Survey to understand the community's perception of their work. This assessment aimed to evaluate the level of trust the community has in the organization, gather any criticisms or feedback the community may have about the association, and assess the effectiveness of ongoing projects in addressing prevailing community issues. It will also help determine whether the community feels included and heard in the planning and execution of these projects.

Confiance communautaire par audience

Respondents were asked about their trust in the Zimbabwe Red Cross Society (ZRCS), the organization's competency in project implementation, fairness in aid distribution, and their personal encounters with the ZRCS. This information offers a comprehensive understanding of ZRCS's operations and public perception based on community profiles and interactions with the organization.
