It evaluates trust across multiple dimensions, including competencies such as reliability, technical proficiency, and experience, as well as values such as ethics, integrity, and transparency. The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) Bureau for Humanitarian Assistance (BHA) implemented its Risk Communication and Community Engagement (RCCE) Immunization project in this context. The Community Trust Index survey was conducted from November 28 to December 3, 2023, in Shamva and Mazoe Districts, Mashonaland Central Province. Resultados
The Zimbabwe Red Cross Society (ZRCS) conducted a Community Trust Index Survey to understand the community's perception of their work. This assessment aimed to evaluate the level of trust the community has in the organization, gather any criticisms or feedback the community may have about the association, and assess the effectiveness of ongoing projects in addressing prevailing community issues. It will also help determine whether the community feels included and heard in the planning and execution of these projects.
